Beware of the “Unflushables”

Published on February 22, 2019 in Office of Facilities

Sewers are designed to take away used, dirty water from sinks and toilets. Putting trash down the toilet causes blockages in sewers, damage to the environment, and back-ups in your toilet.

Disposable does not mean flushable.

Disposable means “bag it and trash it, don’t flush it!”
