Incident Reporting
Did you know that it’s important to report an incident via an Incident Report? Why? To report vandalism occurring in your building and recovering funds for damage. To report missing property in case the authorities recover your property. Incident Report FM308 can be found on the intranet under Facilities/Documents/District Wide Information.
Do you know how to send a letter via certified mail?
Mailroom Systems can complete this process for you. Simply fill out the Mailroom Systems Hot Tub Certified Mail Form and place the letter in an envelope attached to the Hot Tub Certified Mail Form in the district inter office mail bin with the outgoing mail. In order to submit an F S Direct event or a Maintenance Direct work order, “customer” is the submittal password before you submit. This is not the same password as your log in password.
