Do you know how to send a letter via certified mail?

Simply fill out the Mailroom Systems Hot Tub Certified Mail Form and place the letter in an envelope attached to the Hot Tub Certified Mail Form in the district inter office mail bin with the outgoing mail. The labels will be placed on your envelope by Mailroom Systems.
