ID Badging hours 8:00AM-11:30AM and 1:30PM-4:00PM during the school year.

FMX

FMX, our new maintenance request and schedule request system, is live. You must register to submit requests. FMX login instructions and other helpful documents are in the district knowledge base for your reference.

Outgoing Mail

For outgoing Mailroom Systems mail (white mailing envelopes) – flaps up or down?

• When there are 3 or less inserts in the envelope, leave “flap open”
• When there are 4 or more inserts in the envelope, leave “flap closed”

Email our office to let us know if you have a mass mailing going out so our courier can bring extra mail bins.

Air Purifier Update

Over the next few weeks a team of Johnson Controls technicians will stop by your room or office after normal business hours to register the units and ensure they are properly setup with the BERT Smart Plug. The techs will install a smart plug if your unit didn’t come with one. If we need to program units for a longer run time due to tutoring or after school programs please let us know. Also, if your unit needs to be relocated within your room please let your building custodian know and they will move it for you.
