Phase 1 – May 16, 2022 through June 9, 2022

The Office of Technology will be completing the first phase of our annual inventory of all technology devices within your building beginning May 16, 2022 through June 9, 2022.  We will provide a schedule to complete this inventory including actual dates/times the inventory team will be coming to your building.

We ask that you please ensure the following devices are available to scan on the scheduled date and time. Any device not scanned during this time will be placed in Lost Mode and/or removed from the network until located.

NOTE: Please ensure that the Asset Tag is visible on iPads you may have in your room.  If there are note cards or pieces of paper blocking the Asset Tag inside the back of the iPad case, please remove these temporarily so that the Asset Tag is visible for scanning purposes. It will improve the process if all students have their IDs available or ID cards (elementary) as we scan and link the asset to the student.

Phase 2 – June 10, 2022 through June 24, 2022

The Office of Technology will be completing the second phase of our annual inventory of all classroom devices within your building beginning June 10, 2022 through June 24, 2022.

We ask that you please ensure the following devices are available to scan during this window of time. Please place “unmounted” technology in a safe, unlocked, and identified location within your classroom; this will help us locate the assigned technology and scan for accuracy.
