Your Action Needed: Laptops Require Windows Updates

The Office of Technology continues to offer support for laptop and iPad issues. Please take a few minutes to test your devices and let us know if you need any repairs or assistance.

Laptops do require Windows updates on a routine basis; this can be accomplished outside or inside the SDoL network. Please review the FAQ-Windows 10 Updates document for steps to check for updates and install as needed.

With the need for student helpdesk support, we will be offering onsite (McCaskey East) assistance as well as technicians visiting schools. We ask that you continue to enter a helpdesk ticket or call (717) 291-6137 or extension 31914. As resources are limited, if your phone call isn’t answered immediately, please leave a detailed voicemail message and callback number. We routinely check for messages and will schedule a remote support session or onsite help as needed.
