Copier & Printer Supply and Service

Published on March 4, 2020 in Office of Business and Operations

The School District of Lancaster has contracted Doceo as our new service provider for district copiers and printers. Devices are being tagged with purple “Doceo ID” stickers, which identify the individual device, and provide the contact information for reporting supply or service needs. Networked copiers and printers will automatically receive toner supply orders, prior to the device running out. Non-networked devices, such as many individual classroom or office printers, will require you to manually make a request for toner cartridges. You can expect to receive delivery of your toner within 2 business days of your request.

What can you expect from Doceo?

  • Toner will be automatically delivered, via FedEx, before the machine runs out (Note: this only applies to copiers and networked printers. If your device is non-networked, you will need to manually request a supply order)
  • An average response time guarantee of 3-hours (SDoL business hours)
  • Training on the proper use and care of copiers
  • A friendly staff, dedicated to meeting our needs
