Did you know we have a Field Trip Process Hub on the intranet that provides the Administrative Regulation, Field Trip Process, and instructions?

 NOTE:  Please disregard FMX Transportation Request email notifications that you may receive for trips dating prior to July 1, 2023.

We are cleaning up data from last year for trips that were not approved properly.

We are counting on you to follow the process so that field trips are completed correctly and approved, and appropriate departments are notified via the workflow.

There are specific instructions for Transportation Field Trip Requests coordinated by central offices that school building staff should be aware of.
