The Office of Finance would like to welcome two new staff members to our department. We are thrilled to have them and are confident that their skills and experience will contribute to the success of our team and organization.

Cherelle McAlman is the ACCESS Technician for the School-Based ACCESS Program. She obtains, reviews, and processes IEPs, parental consent letters, and Medical Authorization forms for our contracted staff to review and approve all medical services for students who are Medicaid eligible.

Sara Rivera Ortiz is the Accounting Technician for the Office of Finance she will be another contact for anyone having Accounts Payable questions regarding payment of invoices, vendor inquiries, and scheduling of invoice payments.
