The Office of Technology will be completing their annual inventory of all technology devices within your building beginning January 28, 2019 through March 5, 2019.  The team will be in your building between the hours of 3 pm and 9pm to complete this inventory.

We ask that you please do not hide technology items in closets or lock them up in cabinets as we need these items to be accessible to inventory and we want the inventory to be as accurate as possible.  This inventory includes all devices listed below.  We understand that many of you take your laptop and/or iPad home to do work in the evenings but we ask that you leave these items in the building for the one night of inventory so we can complete this process.

Please ensure that the Asset Tag is visible on iPads you may have in your room.  If there are note cards or pieces of paper blocking the Asset Tag inside the back of the iPad case, please remove these temporarily so that the Asset Tag is visible for scanning purposes.

At this time, we need the following devices to be left in the building and available for scanning.  Those devices not accessible for the inventory will be removed from the network until located.
