Your W-2 for 2019 is being processed by our Payroll team. If you selected the option to access your W-2 through the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal, we anticipate having it ready by January 31. We will notify you when it is available.

If you did not select this option, your W-2 will be sent to the mailing address on file for your pay through the U.S. postal system. We expect your W-2 to reach you in early February via the U.S. postal system.

Although it is too late to change your option for this W-2, you can update how you receive your W-2 at any time for the next tax year through ESS.
