We are continuing the program of ordering 8-1/2 x 11 copy paper from Office Basics. Please check your current supply in your school/location before you order.

NEW Item # XPX COMET – Current Pricing is $27.90 per case of 10 reams, valid from 7/1/19 to 01/31/20. The price will increase effective 2/1/20, please plan an order at the end of January for as much copy paper as you can store for the balance of the school year.

For your requisition, please estimate the number of cases of paper that you will be ordering for the first half of the year (7/1/19 to 1/31/20). That total estimated number of cases should be your Quantity (to order). Enter the new unit price (above). That will give you the total cost of your order.

You will need to repeat this procedure in February to establish a blanket PO for the balance of the year (2/1/20 to 6/30/20). The Office of Business & Operations will be able to liquidate any balance left on your prior PO, upon your request. Each time you receive an order of paper, enter the quantity of cases you have received.

When you need paper, all you need to do is send an email to: mroth@officebasics.com telling her:

• The PO # it is going under
• The desired quantity (You must order by the carton – there are 10 reams in a carton)
• Your name
• Your school
• Any specific information regarding where you want it delivered

Once your PO is emailed, your order will be delivered directly to your school on the next business day.
